After the state of alarm and the “new normal” to which society has been forced to adapt, the sale of houses with more than 4 bedrooms has increased by 35%.
On the other hand, the useful surface that is demanded at the time of buying a house has grown by 6%.
The fear of new confinements or new restrictions is one of the main factors of these changes.

One of the most interesting conclusions of the Habitat Inmobiliaria study is the increased interest in single-family homes and houses with gardens.

In relation to the houses with garden, the demand has experienced a rise of 12%.
