On the second floor there is a bedroom and an open space for an extra bed. There is also a bathroom with WC, bidet and a large rain shower.
On the roof terrace, with its magnificent panoramic views, there is space for two sun loungers and a dining area for six people, as well as an outdoor sink with hot and cold water.
The property has balconies and terraces with sensational views of the old town, the cathedral, and the harbour.
The property was completely renovated in 2011.
The floors of the house are partially covered with traditional terracotta tiles, as well as modernized with microcement floors. The room temperature is regulated in all rooms by air conditioning (hot/cold). Two fireplaces, in the living area and in the bedroom, support the heating on cool days.
Mains water and electricity are also available.
