Unlike every year, this 2020 Ibiza Country Villas has decided not to print the annual catalog of properties for sale as a measure to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
This is one more measure in addition to those we have already adopted since the beginning of the pandemic, such as the implementation of virtual tours and, of course, the adaptation of our office to all the security measures recommended by the authorities.
However, this does not mean that our clients cannot easily and simply consult all the information regarding the houses, villas and apartments that you can buy in Ibiza Country Villas.

Due to the restrictions on mobility caused by the COVID-19 pandemic at a global level, we have implemented a virtual tour service in order to be able to tour the properties online, thus avoiding contact between people.

More initiatives in relation to the coronavirus
The Ibiza Country Villas team is fully aware of the fight against the pandemic. That is why we have adopted these security measures, but we also collaborate with other solidarity initiatives that have been born as a result of this health emergency.
For example, in April we joined the project "Interweaving Ibiza", with the aim of "starting a creative activity that would unite us during the confinement and that would serve to be connected by creating something together".
In addition, as members of the real estate professionals association APIBIZA we adapted to the workflow and training remotely, promoting the security measure of staying at home among our clients, collaborators and our own agents.
