Menus for 25\u20ac with local seasonal products<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Once again this year there is a new edition of Ibiza Gastronomic Days<\/strong>, which seek to highlight<\/strong> and promote the seasonal products of the island<\/strong>. Fourteen Ibizan restaurants<\/strong> have joined this initiative by preparing delicious menus with mullet, pork, sobrasada and carob <\/strong>as protagonists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menus for 25\u20ac<\/strong> (drinks not included) consisting of a first course, a second course and dessert of your choice, plus bread and Ibiza oil as an appetizer. These menus pair perfectly with local wines or a glass of Ibizan herbs for after lunch. They can be tasted until November 4.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organized by Pimeef,<\/strong> with the collaboration of Consell Insular d’Eivissa<\/strong>, the aim of these days is to value the cuisine rooted in the product of Ibiza<\/strong> and recognize the constant work of producers, processors and local fishermen who offer the best of the countryside and the sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Slow cooking, stews and new products come with the autumn season. We can’t think of a better way to fully immerse yourself in these flavours than with some of the best chefs on the island.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
