The latest study carried out by the institution considers that there will be a\u00a0<strong>4% year-on-year increase in prices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The most optimistic scenario extracted from this analysis, moreover, would draw <strong>a rise of up to 7% taking into account an inflation rate of 3%<\/strong>. For 2023 the figures are similar: Caixabank forecasts <strong>another rise of between 3% and 4%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As stated in an article in<strong> idealista.com<\/strong>, the bank is convinced that &#8220;favourable financial conditions will continue to <strong>support the rise in house prices<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<h3>EURIBOR: WILL IT STAY NEGATIVE?<\/h3>\n<p>Precisely related to this last statement by Caixabank is the <strong>forecast of the EURIBOR<\/strong>, the maximum indicator for most mortgages in Spain. According to a new report by <strong>Bankinter<\/strong>, the index <strong>will remain at -0.3% for the year 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of last year, the EURIBOR crossed the -0.5% mark again, reaching (once again) historic lows.
