Colliers International<\/strong> publishes the Global Capital Markets 2021 Investor Outlook<\/strong> report, which sees optimism for real estate market activity this year.<\/p>\n

The Canadian investment management company has prepared the study with the participation of more than 300 professionals<\/strong> and investors from all over the world.<\/p>\n

The analysis confirms “a very favourable outlook for the real estate sector in the long term”, anticipating a 50% increase in investment activity in the second half of 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

According to Tony Horell<\/strong> (Head of Global Capital Markets at Colliers International), it is expected to “see an upward movement in the risk curve in 2021”, with the residential market being the preference of investors globally.<\/p>\n

Alberto D\u00edaz<\/strong>, Managing Director de Capital Markets en Colliers Espa\u00f1<\/strong>a apunta que\u00a0 \u201cel sector inmobiliario resiste a la crisis y los inversores est\u00e1n preparados para incrementar un 50% sus niveles de inversi\u00f3n” en 2021, tal y como recoge un art\u00edculo de la web especializada\u00a0idealista.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Los activos que por los que muestran m\u00e1s inter\u00e9s suscitan son las viviendas destinadas al mercado de alquiler<\/strong>, as\u00ed como aquellos “donde se ha incrementado la demanda<\/a> o se ha evidenciado la necesidad de nuevos desarrollos”.<\/p>\n

Otro dato importante que se extrae del informe\u00a0Global Capital Markets 2021 Investor Outlook<\/strong> es que “el 67% de los encuestados en la Regi\u00f3n EMEA (Europa y Oriente Medio) y el 88% de los inversores en EE.UU. aseguran estar planificando su pr\u00f3xima inversi\u00f3n para el primer trimestre de 2021”.<\/p>\n
