Read on to find out what proposals are on offer and where you can try them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The competition, which this year is celebrating its ninth edition, aims to pay tribute to the different places in the world to which UNESCO has awarded this title (such as the island of Eivissa). The menus will consist of s<strong>tarter, main course and dessert<\/strong> (20 euros drinks not included).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We leave you with the list of establishments that offer them and at the end of the article a brochure that includes a map to easily locate them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1) Bamb\u00fa Viet Food<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Here we find a reinterpretation of traditional Vietnamese cuisine, inspired by the ancestry of chef <strong>Frank Grizard<\/strong>, who runs <strong>Bamboo Viet Food.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The menu includes Banh cuon (pork ravioli and steamed mushrooms) or Cha Gio (fried rolls), Thit Nuong (pork skewers) or Pho Dau Phu (tofu noodles) and Che Bap (coconut corn jam).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #262626; font-family: Lato; font-size: 24px; letter-spacing: 1px; text-transform: uppercase; background-color: inherit;\">2) Ca&#8217;n Alfredo<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chef <strong>Pepe Torres<\/strong> is an expert on Ibiza&#8217;s local gastronomy and products and has prepared a delicious menu to make you feel at home in <strong>Ca&#8217;n Alfredo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can choose from Onion Soup au Gratin or Beans Ibiza Style, Red Mullet Fillets with Romesco Sauce or Pig&#8217;s trotters stuffed with Milk Truffles and Fig Pudding with Apricot Ice Cream or Semifreddo with Cheese, Pumpkin and Carrot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3) Casa Maca<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The essence of Peruvian cuisine from Colombian chef <strong>Alvaro David Ospina<\/strong> arrives at one of Ibiza&#8217;s trendiest venues, <strong>Casa Maca<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sea bass ceviche or Causa lime\u00f1a with octopus make up the starters, while Lomo salteado and Aj\u00ed de gallina are the main ones. For dessert, Suspiro Lime\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4) Can Moreta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nieves Ramon<\/strong>, a veteran of traditional Ibizan cuisine, brings on this occasion typical Mallorcan dishes on the menu for <strong>Can Moreta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can try Sopas Mallorquinas or Caracoles con rib y allioli, Lomo con col or Bacalao con tumbet y Gat\u00f3 or Greixonera de brossat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5) Ebusus CbBc<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The chef of CbBc, <strong>Blas Hidalgo Bonet<\/strong>, will make us travel to C\u00f3rdoba with a succulent proposal that you can taste in <strong>Ebusus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The menu includes Alcachofas al Moriles with Iberian ham from the Pedroches valley or Patatas cortijeras with chorizo, Carrillera de cerdo a la cordobesa or Monkfish Mozarabic style and Pastel cordob\u00e9s with angel hair and cinnamon or Espuma de pesti\u00f1os with cinnamon crunch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>{snippet compra-en}<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6) Hotel Pach\u00e1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>From Pacha to Mexico, with chef <strong>Dario Zoldan<\/strong>! The restaurant director of the famous cherry company has prepared a very interesting menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quesadilla with onions, corn and coriander, Nachos with chopped beef, avocado and pico de gallo and Banana flamb\u00e9 with mezcal and vanilla ice cream make up the menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7) Es Mercat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Market cuisine has two basic characteristics: quality and proximity. This is why <strong>Emiliano Cruceli<\/strong> and <strong>Nicolly Trankels<\/strong> have chosen Ibizan products for the <strong>Es Mercat<\/strong> menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delight yourself with &#8220;Coca de escalivada&#8221; with rosemary cheese or saut\u00e9ed red Ibizan prawns, &#8220;Calamar a la bruta&#8221; or creamy rice of country chicken with sobrassada and parmesan cheese, and homemade &#8220;Torrija&#8221; in Ibizan orange and port marinade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8) It Ibiza<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Massimo Larosa<\/strong> cooked for over five years in Ischia with chef Nino di Costanzo (two Michelin stars). Now he&#8217;s in love with Ibiza&#8217;s cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s why It Ibiza proposes a menu composed of crunchy Gerrets with lemon or Warm vegetable soup from our garden, Tagliatelle with ragout of rotja and almonds or Country Chicken with smoked corn and black garlic and Millefeuilles of white chocolate and herbs or Caramelized almond cake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9) La CAva<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you like Israeli cuisine, you will like the menu that chef <strong>Elizabeth Maldonado<\/strong> has prepared for the restaurant <strong>La Cava<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a starter we have Hummus with pine nuts or Falafel (served with homemade pita bread and za&#8217;atar), main course chicken Shawarma with aubergines or Pashtida Tered (chard and cheese empanada) and chocolate Babia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10) Los Molinos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The French chef <strong>Marc Anchierri<\/strong> presents what he conceives as &#8220;international cuisine with a Mediterranean trend&#8221; for his menu at <strong>Los Molinos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eggplant, tomato and Greek cheese millefeuilles or fresh and smoked salmon textures are the options for the starter, Hake loin with chorizo risotto or Lamb confit in a couscous style are the suggestions for the main course and, for dessert, Tiramisu or Lemon meringue pie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11) Sa Nansa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ibizan seafood cuisine, the speciality of <strong>Pedro Tur<\/strong>, head chef at <strong>Sa Nansa<\/strong>. This is what we found in the proposal for this competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, you can try Marinated Red Tuna or Saut\u00e9ed Squid with Sobrasada and Ratjada Burrida or Rice with Gerret and Cauliflower.
