According to this study, the average price in Spain shows a cumulative increase of 2.3%<\/strong> in the first ten months of 2019. And housing, both new and used, has risen 16.6% from the minimum recorded during the crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The forecast made by TINSA is that the purchase and sale of properties will increase between 3% and 5%. Rafael Gil<\/strong>, director of the studies service of society, expects the average price of housing increase “up to 3%” in 2020.
