Villa Buenavista

Buenavista is a fabulous seven-bedroomed house with peaceful sea views close to Cala Salada on the spectacular west coast. This property features an excellent modern design and is laid out on three amazing floors. The villa is a stone's throw from some of Ibiza’s most popular beaches, including the Cala Comte and Cala Tarida bays. The picturesque towns of San Agustín and San José are just a short drive away and the city centre of Ibiza is with its amazing choice of nightlife within easy reach.

Inside, polished cement floors and white walls give the living areas a minimalist feel. As well as the living room, furnished with two large sofas, there are smaller living areas flowing into a fully equipped kitchen full of natural light that floods in through the enormous floor-to-ceiling windows.

All seven double bedrooms are minimalist in style. They all have double beds and private bathrooms. The main bedroom has its own terrace.

You’ll find cool water outside the villa whichever floor you are on. From the whirlpool bath in the main suite on the rooftop to the infinity pool on the intermediate level and the luxurious swimming pool on the ground floor with its unique wooden walkway, sun loungers for relaxing, a bar for enjoying delicious cocktails and lush green areas. There is a magnificent entertainment by the middle swimming pool and an outdoor dining table ideal for enjoying spellbinding Ibizan sunsets, which are truly unforgettable. Other sunny terraces house a ping-pong table and additional chill-out zones.
