Villa Racó De Sa Vinyeta

A recently restored Ibiza-style villa in San Lorenzo, in the north of Ibiza. The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends who love nature and tranquillity. There are very few neighbours.

This single storey property is perfect for an unforgettable holiday in a house with 400 m2 of living space on a 19,000 square metre plot.

Racó de Sa Vinyeta has a light, spacious living-dining room, with large windows overlooking the swimming pool and the garden. It has underfloor heating, satellite television, a games area with an Xbox, a music centre, fireplace and Wi-Fi.

The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you might need and enough appliances for even avid cooks: dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, juice extractor, and all the utensils you need... And there is a utility area with direct outside access.

The main feature of this villa, as well as its lovely garden, are the separate day and night areas. The bedrooms are in the night area.

There are four bedrooms:

One bedroom with twin beds.

 Two bedrooms with double beds (1.50 x 2 metres)

One bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 2 metres) with en-suite bathroom and access to the garden.

One bathroom with bathtub in the corridor, in the night area.

One guest bathroom in the day area, with access from the living room and also from the garden/swimming pool.

All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioners.

Outside there is a sand, salt-water swimming pool with a waterfall and night lighting.

There are two covered terraces with a dining table for 6-8 people and a games area and ping-pong table.
