We reopen the office by appointment and security measures
We are pleased to announce to our clients and friends that Ibiza Country Villas is once again opening its doors to serve you at our office in the Paseo Marítimo.
Little by little we are returning to normality but we continue with the necessary precautions to safeguard the health of both our team and our clients.
That is why, so that we can attend to you in optimum safety conditions, we have established a protocol, which can be summarised in two basic aspects:
- All visits to the office should be made by appointment by contacting us by phone (+34 971 339 307) or email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
- The opening hours will be from 10:00 to 14:00.
- We guarantee that our facilities are properly ventilated and disinfected for the peace of mind of our team and clients.
As for the visits that can be made to the properties we have for sale in Ibiza, from the Agrupación Ténica Profesional (ATP) of professionals of the real estate sector, we have also adapted another protocol of security, that we explain to you next.
Security protocol for property visits
- Proper Ventilation: the property will be adequately ventilated by the real estate advisor before proceeding to show the property. This will be done without the presence of the current owners.
- Recommended use of gloves, mask and hydroalcoholic gel: in addition to all those means considered appropriate to preserve adequate hygiene; disposable wipes, soap, etc.
- Safety distance: maintain the optimum safety distance of 2 metres and at least 1 metre Avoid handing out contracts, brochures or physical items. All documentation will be in digital format.
- Maximum of 2 people: a maximum of two people interested in acquiring it, avoiding at all times physical contact when greeting, and in no case will visits with children be allowed.
- Avoid contact with surfaces: in case of needing to check taps, open windows, etc, only the real estate consultant will be in charge of doing it for the client, and always after disinfection of hands and surfaces.
- Space out the visits: at least 30 minutes in between, to ensure a safe distance. Please be punctual to help this measure take effect.
- Immediate suspension of the visit in the presence of symptoms: if any person, either the real estate agent or the interested party, shows symptoms of the disease, the visit should be suspended.
- Do not use the bathroom: for safety and hygiene, the use of the bathroom and/or toilet should not be allowed.
