Dani García lands in Ibiza with "BiBo Ibiza Bay"

The BiBo restaurant arrives on the island in "pop up" format as the new must-visit this summer at the recently opened Nobu Ibiza Bay hotel, located on Talamanca beach.

The proposal of the famous chef Dani García has already conquered Madrid, Marbella, Tarifa and Doha and will continue with its cosmopolitan and fun line. New for the Ibiza restaurant is a tribute to Mexican cuisine inspired by its roots, full of new flavours with street food style recipes that will transport you to the streets of Mexico.

Since 28 May, residents and visitors alike have been able to enjoy the imagination and creativity of the Malaga-born chef. The BiBo restaurant combines the concepts of brasserie, tapas bar and steak house in a relaxed and informal setting.

A LONG-STANDING PARTNERSHIP

As well as being known as the island's premier dining destination for Nobu Restaurant and Chambao beach bar, Dani's close relationship with Nobu Matsuhisa facilitated the launch of this pop up project. The two chefs have a long history together as BiBo Marbella is located within the same complex as Nobu Hotel Marbella.

A DELICIOUS MENU AWAITS YOU IN TALAMANCA

The menu of the BiBo Ibiza Bay restaurant brings together dishes that Dani García's gastronomic memory has been accumulating thanks to his travels, both at home and abroad. He also pays tribute on several occasions to his mentor, Joël Robuchon, who has inspired several of his culinary creations.

Thus, this new opening will give the Ibizan public the opportunity to taste BiBo's most iconic dishes, such as its famous oxtail brioche, the foie gras yoghurt tapa or its fried hake, among others, in a privileged enclave on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea.

In this section, called BIBA Mexico, you will find antojitos such as sea bass tacos ensenada style, chilorio burritos with pico de gallo or chicken tacos al pastor. In addition, the green proposal surprises with a vegetable ceviche of raw green sauce, burrata, tomato and tempura.

Among the raw bar dishes in this Mexican section, proposals such as the Ibiza red prawn aguachile and sea bass made fresh with blue and yellow corn tostadas or the almadraba tuna loin tostada, avocado and chipotle mayonnaise could not be missed. Fresh dishes, with acidic and slightly spicy touches that will delight the island's public.
