INTERIOR:

Its ingenious floor plan with Moorish arches and doors, which lead you to the different rooms of the villa, which has two distinct wings, each with two bedrooms, a living room, and two different pool areas, making it ideal for two families or travel companions who like to enjoy each other's company and also their plot of privacy.

The house therefore sleeps up to 8 people, with 4 lovely bedrooms (two double and two twin) with canopies and mosquito nets.

OUTSIDE:

All beds and bathrooms have sliding doors opening onto shaded terraces with sofas and outdoor dining areas by the pool. From the well-prepared roof terrace the views of the Mediterranean Sea and the ever-present rock of Es Vedra are priceless. 

There is an outdoor kitchen area with barbecue and a large dining table, and... in just a few minutes walk you reach one of the beautiful coves of the West Coast: Cala Carbó

THE AREA:

Cala Carbó is next to the village, but other small coves in the area are also accessible by car and on foot for those who enjoy hiking: Cala d'Hort, Cala Vadella, or a little further on, Cala Jondal, Cala Tarida....

The town centre of Sant Josep is only 10 minutes away by car, and there you will find all kinds of shops, services and restaurants, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the restaurants and beach bars on the beaches.
